ENTRY GUIDELINES:

• Your farm/ranch must have registered for stall space to enter an animal in the Halter Show. If you are sharing a stall, both farms should indicate this on entry form.
• Alpacas must be checked in at the Portland Expo Convention Center by 7 pm, Friday. April 11.
• Limit of three (3) alpacas entered per owner/farm/entity, per breed type/color designation/age division/gender.
• All entries must be made in the name of the alpaca and current owner, with a legible copy of the ARI Registration Certificate. A Buyer’s Permission to Show Form, signed by the owner as shown on the ARI certificate, must also be sent if an alpaca has been purchased but the ARI certificate does not yet indicate the new owner.

Cancellations can be made to show registrations until the Registration Deadline, March 10, for full refund. After this date, cancellations can be made, but will not be refunded.

No Changes will be accepted after March 27, 2008.
