Dianna Jordan

Dianna Jordan and her husband Jack raise huacayas on their ranch, Alpacas of Somerset Farm, in Somerset, CA. The focus of their breeding program is measurable improvement in fiber production qualities with each generation.

Dianna's passion is education. She spent the majority of her career in the field of Training and Development and upon retirement redirected her skills to educating and mentoring alpaca owners. Dianna was a presenter at the past two AOBA Mid-Winter Conferences. The central theme in both presentations was the development of the North American fiber industry and how critical it is for alpaca breeders to understand what needs to be accomplished individually and collectively, to create, and support the fiber industry.

Currently, Dianna serves as the President of the Alpaca Fiber Cooperative of North America, Inc. (AFCNA) Board of Directors.
